LUNG is a 5 piece Hard Rock band from Melbourne, Australia.

Since coming together in mid-2012 LUNG have graced some of Melbourne’s finest venues and stages, alongside some very talented, up and coming acts. This band sounds like they have been playing music together much longer than a year. LUNG is more than ready for the big stage, with their hallmark, wall of sound ROCK.

In July 2013 the band headed to Sing Sing South studios under the guidance of Dan Murtagh, to produce their debut EP ‘Parasympathy.’ The EP consists of five very unique and individual sounding tracks that show off various sides to LUNG, yet the EP as a whole feels very congruent and focused. Final touches and mastering were handled by Ted Jensen from New York’s Sterling Sound, with outstanding results.

LUNG is ready to take their big opportunity when it comes, and it will. Their professional attitude toward their music and each other, coupled with an understanding of the importance of honing their art in the rehearsal room, are testament to this. The band have enjoyed regular airplay on Triple M’s Distortion with 4 different tracks.
